      What we’re looking for

      We are looking for a Swim Lessons Instructor to teach all levels of fitness attendees in a positive environment.

      This is a seasonal position. We are hiring for this position now and employment is expected to end on or around 09/06. While the company is under no obligation to extend your employment through the season nor beyond the end date, there may be additional opportunities within this or other roles.

      Compensation

      • $12 per 30 minute lesson

      What you’ll do

      Instruct swim lessons. Set up and break down classes. Provide information regarding activities and classes. Maintain clean towel inventory. Maintain knowledge of merchandise and services for sale, including prices. Greet guests and verify membership if needed.

      • Professional in all forms of communications such as in-person, email, phone calls, video calls and texts
      • Ability to work well under pressure in an agile, fast-paced environment
      • Excellent time management skills with the ability to change activity frequently and cope with interruptions
      • Highly responsive and reliable
      • Strong attention to detail
      • Adhere to all company policies and procedures

      Work environment and physical demands

      • Availability to flexible schedule
      • Ability to use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms
      • Ability to stand, sit, and walk for an extended period of time
        • Reach overhead and below the waist
        • Regularly push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds
        • Occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds
        • Bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and twist
